Job Description

Job Summary:

Job type: Permanent

Location: Singapore

Mandatory Skill: Channel sales and Account management

Salary: Up to $6000+ commissions

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with channel partners and gain a deep understanding of their strategic priorities, including product focus, market positioning, and business direction
  • Gain a strong understanding of each partner's key accounts and industry focus to effectively position the right products and solutions
  • Influence partners to adopt and position our products including competing solutions where our portfolio is able to fulfil
  • Arrange quarterly solution update/enablement for various product principals
  • Identify and uncover opportunities while gaining insights from partners on competitors strengths and weaknesses
  • Ensure partners credit limits are reviewed for upcoming sizable orders and proactively propose appropriate credit facilities or onboarding processes as needed.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments to maintain partner's credit standing
  • Assess the partner's capabilities, certifications, and vendor's partner status to ensure alignment with product principal's reseller requirements
  • Document minutes of meetings with partners, Product Managers, and vendors to capture key discussions, action items, and follow-up points.
