Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and govern changes in line with Production Change Management guidelines and agreed SLAs.
- Manage planning, approvals, communications, and risk mitigation activities.
- Support vulnerability remediation and change implementation with minimal operational impact.
Required experience and skills:
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience
- Strong Change Management background in large enterprise environments
- ITIL/ ITSM
- ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Configuration Management
- CMDB
- CAB governance and approval processes
