The successful candidate will:

• Manage the overall daily operations of the convenience store.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper merchandising and product display.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and security of the premises.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Train and develop new employees.
