Centre Manager (Training School Operations)

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, independent, and leadership-driven Centre Manager to oversee our center's daily operations and drive student recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the front-line operations team, resolving escalated administrative challenges, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a premium service standard for our students. This role requires an individual who can balance strategic growth with meticulous operational management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Centre Leadership & Operations: Oversee day-to-day center operations, ensuring seamless administrative functions, a professional environment, and optimal facility utilization.

  • Student Recruitment & Sales Management: Lead student enrollment efforts, track sales targets, and handle escalated inquiries to drive center revenue.

  • Team Supervision: Guide, train, and support the Student Recruitment & Operations team to deliver an exceptional, premium customer service experience.

  • Compliance & Governance: Oversee and audit operational activities to ensure strict adherence to SkillsFuture terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.

  • Data & Inventory Management: Ensure accurate maintenance of student databases, schedules, enrollment records, and center assets.

  • Marketing & Growth Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing team to execute center-specific promotional strategies and enrollment campaigns.

  • Strategic Reporting: Directly support and report to Centre Directors regarding performance metrics, financial updates, and critical operational matters.

Job Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Prior experience in center management, education operations, or customer success roles is highly advantageous, though comprehensive orientation will be provided.

  • Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, a positive mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients, associates, and team members.

  • Work Flexibility: Willingness to oversee operations during peak hours, including irregular hours and weekends when required.

  • Work Schedule: 5-day work week (1 day off on a weekday, and 1 day off on either Saturday or Sunday).
