Catering Manager (Group Catering Operations)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Catering Manager to oversee large-scale group catering operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple catering projects, driving operational excellence, ensuring high service standards, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, project management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee large-scale group catering operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Manage multiple catering projects simultaneously while maintaining operational efficiency, quality standards, and budget control.
3. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, service quality, and profitability.
4. Coordinate closely with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Monitor project performance, identify operational risks, and implement effective solutions.
6. Lead, coach, and develop management teams to achieve operational excellence.
7. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
9. Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Service Management, or a related field.
2. Fluent in Thai and Chinese (Mandarin) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proven experience with a large-scale Group Catering company in a senior leadership position.
4. Demonstrated experience managing at least five (5) large-scale group catering projects simultaneously.
5. Professional training and development gained from a reputable large-scale group catering organization.
6. Strong leadership, operational management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
8. Strategic mindset with strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
