Our client in the Government / Social Service sector is seeking a Case Administration Officer to support programmes and case management operations. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a purpose-driven environment, supporting individuals and families through effective administration and coordination.

You will play an important role in ensuring that case records, appointments, referrals and operational processes are managed efficiently, enabling officers to deliver quality services to the community.

Key Responsibilities

. Support officers in the administration and coordination of case-related activities
. Maintain accurate records, case files and information within internal systems
. Assist with document verification, data entry and case documentation processes
. Coordinate appointments, referrals and follow-up arrangements with clients and stakeholders
. Respond to enquiries and provide administrative assistance through various communication channels
. Prepare reports, letters, meeting materials and other administrative documents
. Support programme operations, outreach activities and logistical arrangements when required
. Assist with procurement, inventory tracking and other operational support functions
. Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in any discipline
. Prior experience in administration, coordination, customer service or social service settings will be an advantage
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Comfortable handling confidential information and maintaining accurate records
. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
. Candidates who can commence work within short notice will be preferred
