Affluent Card

Market Strategy & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, specifically focusing on affluent segment market, to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth. Translate insights into actionable strategies for affluent card product development and expansion.

Affluent Card Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute the leading-brand marketing campaigns specifically targeting fee card acquisition and engagement. This includes creating compelling marketing messaging and promotional materials that leverage DBS brand synergies.Oversee the overall portfolio performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability and customer lifetime value.

Affluent Card Product Development & Management: Contribute to the full product development lifecycle of affluent credit cards, collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and service provider. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality affluent card products. Manage product roadmap and prioritize features.Oversee the overall portfolio performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability and customer lifetime value.

Affluent Customer Experience & Loyalty: Design and execute engagement campaigns/features targeting affluent customer behaviors, such as concierge services, travel rewards, exclusive offer and privileges. Stay updated on market trends and competitive offerings, providing proactive solution to clients for loyalty oriented.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) specifically related to affluent card performance, including acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and branding awareness. Identify areas for improvement and maximize profitability. Conduct portfolio review to ensure client needs met to identify opportunity for cross-selling ad up-selling.

Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies related to affluent credit cards, mitigating risk throughout the product lifecycle.

Partnership & Cobrand Card

Market Strategy & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, specifically focusing on the co-brand credit card market, to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth. Translate insights into actionable strategies for co-brand card product development and expansion.

Co-brand Card Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns specifically targeting co-brand card acquisition and engagement. This includes creating compelling marketing messaging and promotional materials that leverage partner brand synergies.

Co-brand Card Product Development & Management: Contribute to the full product development lifecycle of co-brand credit cards, collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and partner teams. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality co-brand card products. Manage product roadmap and prioritize features.

Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective co-brand partners, aligning on strategic goals, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts. Negotiate agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) specifically related to co-brand card performance, including acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and partner satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and maximize profitability

Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies related to co-brand credit cards, mitigating risk throughout the product lifecycle.

Mass Card

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the mass product bank card portfolio, focusing on maximizing market penetration and broad customer appeal. 2.Oversee the overall mass product bank card portfolio performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing strategies to optimize profitability and customer lifetime value across a broad customer base. 3.Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for mass product bank card products, from ideation and design to launch and ongoing maintenance. This includes defining product specifications, managing cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk), and ensuring timely and efficient delivery within budget for a large-scale product. 4.Leverage market research and customer insights to ensure mass product bank card offerings are aligned with evolving customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation for the mass market. 5.Drive the product value proposition by clearly articulating and communicating the unique benefits and competitive advantages of the mass product bank card portfolio to target customers and internal stakeholders. 6.Identify and drive internal cross-buy opportunities by collaborating with other banking product teams (e.g., Wealth Management, Deposits, Loans) to create integrated offerings and campaigns that leverage the bank card portfolio to increase customer engagement and deepen customer relationships across the bank.

Stakeholder Management & Communication: 1.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Wealth Management, Other Banking Products) and senior management. 2.Effectively communicate program performance, strategic initiatives, and risk assessments to senior management through compelling presentations and reports. 3.Proactively manage expectations and resolve conflicts to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.

Performance Measurement & Reporting: 1.Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of mass product bank card initiatives and product performance (e.g., activation rates, spend, portfolio health, profitability, customer satisfaction across the mass market). 2.Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present insights to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization and strategic adjustments for the mass product portfolio.
