We are looking for an experienced retail leader to oversee store operations, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team in Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and deliver an outstanding customer experience

• Lead, coach, and develop a customer-facing team to achieve business targets

• Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and collaborative culture

• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities

• Monitor store performance, analyze KPIs, and implement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency

• Manage store operations, staffing, expenses, inventory, and compliance with company standards

• Promote continuous improvement and share best practices across teams

• Build strong relationships with customers and represent the brand professionally

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing business environments, with a proven track record of achieving targets

• At least 3 years of team management experience

• Strong business development and negotiation skills

• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment

• Passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences
