Responsibilities

. Identify bottlenecks andrecommend fixes (scheduling, staffing, equipment)

. Partner with production, planning, and manufacturing teams

. Report on utilization,through put, and capacity gaps

. Digitalization, Automation Projects

Requirements

. Bachelor's in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Diploma , Operations, or related field.

. Some knowledge and Experience in manufacturing/production planning

. Strong Excel skills ERP/MRP experience a plus

. Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts

. Python , Macro , VBA , Some basic automation projects background.
