Job Description

This role is responsible for driving digital capability development and technology enablement for Product & Marketing.

The position acts as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that system enhancements, digital initiatives, and technology investments effectively support business growth, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Capability & Tech Strategy Alignment
  • Identify and define digital capability needs to support Product & Marketing strategy
  • Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovations
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable technology requirements
  • Support prioritization of technology initiatives aligned with business impact
  • Tech Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead or coordinate technology-related initiatives (e.g., system enhancements, platform migration, regulatory changes)
  • Partner with internal and regional/global technology teams to drive project execution
  • Ensure alignment across business, technology, and control functions throughout project lifecycle
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes
  • Stakeholder Management & Resource Negotiation
  • Act as the key interface between local business teams and global/regional tech teams
  • Effectively communicate business priorities and influence technology roadmap
  • Drive alignment and secure necessary technology resources to support business initiatives
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to accelerate decision-making
  • Capability Build & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify gaps in current systems and processes, and propose scalable solutions
  • Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Drive adoption of new systems, tools, and capabilities within the team
  • Establish best practices and governance for technology-related initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology project management
  • Strong understanding of digital capabilities, system architecture, or technology delivery lifecycle
  • Experience working with regional/global tech teams is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technology requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in complex environments
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
