[Smartphone Camera - Image Quality Evaluation Engineer (IQE)]

Responsibilities

* 棚拍(影像實驗室) + 外拍 = 收集圖像資料(照片)

* 使用 Python 整理照片(資料庫) = 使用 Python 基本指令,來整理照片

(i.e. 排序、輸出、批次更換檔名, etc.)

* 適合喜歡拍照,熟悉數位相機 - 功能設定者

• Camera database capture.
• To be a portrait model (To do face trigger) for camera tests or database capture.
• Perform camera tests in both Image Labs and the Real world.
• Organize test results and image database.
• Image database management in Python
• Write simple scripts in Python to automate the test process.
• Occasionally required to work at Night or Weekend for camera tests.
• May need to travel to Hsinchu, Taoyuan or Taipei city for tests.
• Write documents in English such as test procedures.

Min. Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or Science, or Image Science, Color Science, etc.
• 2+ yrs exp. on Camera testing, or Image quality evaluation
• 3. Knowledge in basic Camera operation (camera settings)
• 4. Hands-on exp. in script languages (Python, bash)

for Test Automation & Database Management are MUST

• Good communication skills in both Mandarin & English
• Good writing skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Know how a camera works = concept of camera.
• Know more about ISP is a plus.
• Hands-on exp. in Image quality evaluation or tuning is a MUST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity w/ Linux environment
• Familiarity w/ Imaging systems (Optics, Sensor, ISP, etc.)
• Familiarity w/ mobile phone's CPU & GPU
• Photography exp. and understanding of Image Quality

i.e. digital photography, HD, SD, HDR, DSLR

Other qualifications

• Bilingual capability is required (Mandarin & English). Mandarin speaking/reading is essential skill in HCLTech Taiwan.
• Working location: may adjust to Banqiao - Tpark (Taipei Far Eastern Telecom Park) per Googles request
• Taiwan APRC is required w/ expat.
