C++ R&D Engineer/Instructor-Real-time Engine

1. Participate in the research and development of ByteDance's real-time engine business 2. Perform performance optimization of the basic core data processing process (including algorithm optimization, soft optimization and hard optimization of code implementation).

1. Computer-related majors, familiar with one of the C/C++/Java languages, and strong code reading, analysis and design capabilities 2. Those who are familiar with process performance tuning under Linux systems are preferred 3. Those who are familiar with LSM and SQL engines are preferred 4. Strong self-driven, excellent teamwork and communication skills, curiosity about new technologies, strong learning ability and initiative, have a spirit of research, full of passion, and are willing to accept challenges.
