Job Description

The C&B (Compensation and Benefits) Project Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees. This role ensures that all programs comply with legal requirements and align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Program Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage annual salary review, incentive programs, and benefits enrollment processes. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing compensation and benefits programs.
  2. Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct regular market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness. Analyze compensation trends and develop pay structures that attract and retain talent.
  3. Budgeting & Cost Management: Develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor and above degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  2. 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits in semiconductor industry.
  3. Strategic thinker, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and able to maintain confidentiality. |
  4. Open-minded and passionate to embrace changes.
  5. Fluent in English.
