The APAC Accessories Buying team combines product expertise, guest insight and commercial strategy to create compelling assortments across the region. Partnering closely with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Brand and Retail, the team turns market intelligence into locally relevant choices that elevate the guest experience and drive sustainable growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire the team, shape the regional Accessories strategy and build alignment across global, regional and market partners.
- Driving the strategic direction for Accessories across APAC
- Optimising architecture, assortment and flow decisions with the team based on key global. regional and market opportunities
- Partnering with key cross-functional partners to bring an optimal experience to the guest
- Leading a high performance team
- 7-10 years of experience in a merchant/buyer role, with 3-5 years management experience
- Bachelors degree In business/related field
- Vertical Retail experience is a must, Omni-channel experience is beneficial
- Balance of the art/science In Merchandising/Buying
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage upwards as well as peers/the team
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask
- Willingness to travel
