Overall management for AP, AR, Tax matters and payroll
Scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions
Coordinate with Bank for fund transfer and exchange rate matters
Assist in TW audit process
Office expenses control
Coordinate with compliance team for internal control process.
Supply chain & Logistic
Inventory planning and forecast
Support regulatory matters
Monitor and track end to end logistic process
Coordinate with China and Distributor for inventory management process
Asist in goods exchange process
Coordinate monthly inventory forecast with Sales Team
Issue invoices and credit notes via E1 System
Purchase and issue of GUI (Government Uniform Invoice)
General affairs & HR
Manage on boarding and termination process
Maintain leave balance record in 104 System
Prepare monthly leave balance report for TW Team
Organize team building activities and annual meeting logistics
Keep staff records
Renew office contracts, including copier, cell phone, group insurance etc.
Manage all office administration works: computer acquire, maintain office supply, name card printing, courier sending, etc.
Assist in streamline process among different teams in TW office.
Backup TW teams (if need)
Others
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5 years of experiences in finance with good understanding and experience of the other relevant responsibilities
Competent knowledge of finance and solid accounting experience
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem solving skill
Highly self-motivated, result oriented, willing to learn, with good communication skills, able to work independently, and with good team spirit
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience/exposure to general affairs and logistics management
Good command of English
Proficient in computer skills (especially in Excel)
