Business Strategy Analysis Expert-Life Services

1. Formulate the merchant commission strategy for Douyin Life Services, and as the BP of each business, participate in the formulation of business commission activities, leverage merchant scale, and propose activity optimization suggestions through analysis 2. Build analysis models and data dashboards, conduct ROI reviews of various policies conduct special analysis of new business models and industry opportunities 3. Support the management and coordination of major projects, and be able to lead and coordinate complex projects involving cross-team collaboration.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of data analysis experience, background in life service industry, statistics, business analysis and other related majors are preferred 2. Strong data analysis and learning abilities, proficient in SQL, experience in using R, Python or other programming languages 3. Sensitive to data, able to explore the relationship between business details and data, and able to abstractly quantify and infer the business through data.
