Job Description

Position Impact

We are looking for a seasoned yet passionate Business Project Manager in Gogoro, who brings proven leadership and fresh energy to the team. In this role, you will work as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving cross-functional initiatives that integrate corporate functions and business units to ensure seamless execution of company priorities. You will combine strong project management discipline, data-driven insights, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to deliver measurable business impact.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple strategic projects from new product/service launches, operational process optimization, to organizational capability building ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience navigating complex organizational structures, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project planning and execution, ensuring alignment between corporate functions, and other business units.
  • Provide high-quality analysis, market insights, and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making by senior leadership.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and business cases to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Serve as a key liaison between executive management and project teams, ensuring transparent and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management, management consulting, or strategic operations in a multinational corporation or large-scale startup.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams or initiatives, with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation tools; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence without direct authority.
