Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the UX design of ByteDance advertising platform products, including PC, mobile, etc., and is committed to providing users with a good platform operating experience 2. Able to accurately understand business needs and deliver mature and innovative interaction and UI solutions 3. Starting from business and user demands, reasonably split into design solutions, efficiently implement and verify, and have the ability to abstract frameworks 4. Pay close attention to the current status of the business and industry products, self-motivated to explore design opportunities, promote the implementation of design ideas, and boost business growth 5. Be good at handling communication issues with the design, product, technology, testing, etc. teams, and efficiently promote the implementation of plans 6. Participate in the formulation of system-level specifications and experience principles, have a cross-platform horizontal perspective, and be able to provide professional suggestions to the team and output professional accumulation and sharing.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in design and human-computer interaction, with good user experience sense and design aesthetic 2. More than 3 years of Internet product design experience, and those with ToB commercial product design experience are preferred 3. Solid basic design skills, with excellent interaction and UI design capabilities familiar with Web and App specifications proficient in design software such as Figma and Sketch 4. Have good business understanding, logical thinking and structuring skills, learning ability, communication and collaboration skills, and an open mind 5. Adhere to high design quality standards, pursue interactive rigor, high design reduction, and be responsible for real online experience 6. Have a strong sense of goal, strong self-motivation, be able to control the project process, execute efficiently, and achieve results do not set limits on yourself, actively summarize precipitation methods, pursue design frontiers, and maintain an innovative spirit.
