Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partnership Manager with a background in e-commerce and marketing to coordinate and manage external partnerships, including partner banks and other strategic collaborators. This role will be instrumental in driving payment-related campaigns and promotional initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and maximum visibility
What You Will Do
- Manage day-to-day communication and collaboration with partner banks and external business partners for monthly and campaign-specific promotions.
- Initiate and execute promotional campaigns and online/offline collaborations with external partners and merchants to drive GMV and enhance brand awareness.
- Coordinate closely with Brand Management, Marketing, CRM, PR, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Oversee timely launch of promotions with flawless operational flow and strong in-app and off-platform exposure.
- Manage external media agencies for campaign-related promotional activities.
- Configure and maintain payment-related offers, including credit card BIN pool management.
- Support system updates related to payment features and ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or financial partnerships.
- Strong project management skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the payment ecosystem (e.g., credit cards, digital wallets) is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Native proficiency in Chinese and fluency in English (spoken and written)
