Responsibilities
1. Rapid lead conversion: Efficiently screen and determine the potential and priority of MQL to ensure response within the specified SLA 2. Demand mining and solution matching: Through accurate demand interviews, gain in-depth insight into customer pain points and business demands, and efficiently match them with the core values of Feishu's overseas products 3. Business opportunity management and signing: Independently responsible for the end-to-end sales process, including presenting product demonstrations, handling objections, providing quotation plans, business negotiations, and ultimately promoting signing, reaching or exceeding sales targets 4. Business opportunity management and forecasting: Maintaining high-quality business opportunity information in the CRM system (such as SFDC), establishing standardized follow-up strategies, and providing accurate sales forecasts 5. Customer success handover: Ensure that new customers are smoothly handed over to the customer success team to achieve successful deployment and long-term value 6. Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with growth, product and partner teams to continuously optimize the entire process from leads to deals, and share frontline market insights.
Qualifications
1. Spoken English must be used as a working language and must be at a business-customer level 2. Have experience in enterprise software business development or closed-loop sales in the fields of SaaS, cloud computing or IT security. Candidates with outbound or fast-paced sales experience will be preferred 3. Customer-centric, always put customer needs first 4. Have excellent analytical skills, be good at discovering trends, measure ROI through data analysis, and clearly communicate insights to management 5. Be creative and innovative in thinking, and be good at exploring efficient sales strategies.
