Job Description

Who we are At Delta Solution Office (DSO), we act as a key enabler of solution transformation within Delta. As a corporate function, DSO collaborates with Delta's business groups and regions to design, develop, and implement management mechanisms and initiatives that drive effective solution business management across the company. Delta's solutions span four core areas: Building Automation (BA), Data Center (DC), Energy Infrastructure (EI), and Industrial Automation (IA). Our System Integration business integrates Delta and third-party hardware, software, systems, and value-added services such as customization, installation, and commissioning to deliver comprehensive and high-value solutions to our customers. We are seeking an experienced SI Business Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to shaping and advancing Delta's solution business management framework. Key Responsibilities 1. SI Business Management Design and Implementation: -Identify and analyze current challenges in SI business operations, proposing initiatives to improve practices and efficiency. -Develop and establish essential processes for SI business end-to-end processes, from engagement through delivery, covering areas such as Risk Assessment, Resource Management, Quality Management, Project Management, and Bid & Proposal Approval. -Enhance operational efficiency and productivity by aligning the needs of solution Business Groups (BGs) and regional teams, and collaborate with IT to streamline systems and processes. 2. Project Management and Stakeholder Coordination: -Assemble and lead project teams, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively. -Liaise with cross-functional departments like Finance, Quality, Procurement, and Legal to ensure cohesive business operations. -Report progress and outcomes to global senior management, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment regarding SI business management initiatives. Qualifications 1. Minimum 10 years of experience in solution business execution and management in any of the following fields: Building Automation Data Center/Telecom Energy Infrastructure Industrial Automation or other engineering or IT system-related System Integration (SI) fields 2. Proven coordination, project management, and communication skills, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. 4. A Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA is preferred. 5. (Optional) Experience working within multinational organizations, and familiarity with Business Units (BUs) and Regional Business Units (RBUs) is a plus. 6. (Optional) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
