Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Marketing Manager/ Assistant Manager to drive our integrated online and offline marketing strategies. This role is crucial for executing campaigns across a diverse set of platforms and channels, with a strong focus on maximizing advertising efficiency through compelling content and creative ideas. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing environments and must be proficient in Advanced English.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaign (Online & Offline)
- Develop and Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels to achieve key business objectives.
- Online Channel Management: Directly manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on key platforms, including but not limited to Job Portals, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (PMAX, Search), and Line (LAP).
- Offline Marketing Campaign: Own and execute offline marketing initiatives (e.g., job fair, info-session, events) as needed to support overall marketing goals.
Data Analysis & Tracking
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns (ROI, CPJ, etc.) to deliver actionable insights and recommend budget adjustments for maximum efficiency.
- Analytics Tool Utilization:Utilize web and app analysis tools, such as Google Analytics (GA), and Google Tag Manager, to ensure accurate campaign tracking, monitor user behavior, and provide deep performance reporting.
Content & Creative
- Content & Idea Creation: Take ownership of content strategy and creative ideation specifically designed to enhance Ads efficiency and effectiveness across all channels.
- Creative Asset Management: Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure all marketing materials and ad creatives are on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for the target platform and audience.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute continuous A/B testing of ad copy, visual content, and campaign setups to drive iterative improvements in performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience (Google, Meta, TikTok, LINE, etc.)
- Fluent in English, capable of communicating with international stakeholders
- Strong insight into content marketing
- Innovative, fast-learning, collaborative, open-minded
- Insight in lifecycle or CRM Marketing is a huge plus
