Job Description

Salesforce Effectiveness

- Monitor and report commercial performance against agreed salesforce KPIs to continuously drive best-in-class efficiency and effectiveness

- Contribute to the definition of business objectives and sales incentives plan

- Propose sales incentive plan for discussion with HR and local sales management

- Participate in the communication of these proposals to the sales departments Market Intelligence - In charge of managing commercial databases including sell-in, sell-out and offtake datasets

- Understand market dynamics & competition movement by leveraging multiple data sources to create actionable business insights, answer business questions, drive business decisions, and develop recommendations to improve operations

- Prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business

- Present analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic change KDP and other projects - Global commercial transformation projects
