Business Head

About the Role

VySystems is looking for an experienced Business Head - Singapore to take full ownership of an established Singapore business and lead it into its next phase of growth.

VySystems has operated in Singapore since 2002, serving customers across the market with established client relationships and an active business. This role is an opportunity for a senior staffing/recruitment leader to take charge of the business, own the P&L, expand the client base, strengthen delivery capabilities, and build a dedicated local recruitment team.

You will be backed by VySystems 20+ years of operating experience, a global delivery engine, and an established business platform.

What You'll Own

• Full P&L ownership for the established Singapore business.
• Grow the existing client base into a larger and more significant business.
• Drive client acquisition across MNCs, banks, technology companies, and other key accounts.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment delivery lifecycle, from sourcing through placement.
• Build, lead, and develop a dedicated local recruitment team.
• Strengthen existing client relationships while creating new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Singapore market.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or related professional services.
• Strong experience in the Singapore or broader SEA staffing/recruitment market.
• Established client and consultant network is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business and grow revenue.
• Strong commercial and P&L ownership mindset.
• Ability to turn an established, steady business into a significant growth platform.
• Comfortable operating with an entrepreneurial, founder-mode approach.
• Strong leadership, client management, and team-building capabilities.
