Business Development Team Head – Japan (Server & AI Infrastructure Solutions)

At ASUS, we are expanding our Japan Server & AI Infrastructure business and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Team Head to lead market development and strategic growth across Japan.

This role is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing business development team, work closely with top-tier system integrators, enterprises, data center operators, NeoClouds, and CSPs, and drive ASUS server and AI infrastructure business to the next level in Japan.

As the Team Head, you will act as both a strategic leader and a market builder — defining growth strategy, strengthening ecosystem partnerships, and driving execution with cross-functional regional and HQ teams.

What You Will Do:

1. Lead and Inspire

• Lead, coach, and develop the Japan Server BD team with clear business targets and execution priorities.

• Build a high-performance, customer-centric, and growth-oriented culture.

2. Drive Japan Server & AI Infrastructure Growth

• Expand ASUS server and AI infrastructure business across enterprise, SI, data center, CSP, and AI cloud customers.

• Identify strategic market opportunities and drive new revenue growth across CPU/GPU server solutions.

3. Strengthen Ecosystem Partnerships

• Develop and deepen relationships with key Japan ecosystem partners including SIs, OEMs, ODMs, CSPs, distributors, and technology alliances.

• Collaborate with global strategic partners including NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel to accelerate business opportunities.

4. Collaborate Across Regions and HQ Teams

• Work closely with HQ BG/BU, product management, TPM, supply chain, and regional sales teams to deliver competitive and scalable solutions.

• Align customer requirements with ASUS AI server roadmap and customization capabilities.

5. Elevate ASUS Brand Presence

• Represent ASUS at major industry conferences, AI forums, and strategic customer engagements in Japan.

• Strengthen ASUS positioning as a leading.
