To build and develop strategic partnerships with key ProAV system integrators and solution partners across the APAC region, driving business growth, enhancing solution adoption, and supporting the long-term success of the ViewSonic ProAV Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development
- Develop regional business development strategies to expand ProAV solution adoption.
- Identify and engage key system integrators (SI) and strategic alliance partners for long-term collaboration.
- Manage strategic projects and partnership negotiations to strengthen ViewSonic's position in the professional AV ecosystem.
- Align with Business Managers (BM) to define and execute segment- and region-specific growth plans.
2. Market Research and Analysis
- Analyze ProAV market trends, ecosystem structures, and channel competitiveness.
- Track and evaluate key business metrics sales volume, ASP, revenue, profit margin (NPM%), SPI, and forecast accuracy (4M FCST).
- Provide data-driven insights to refine product positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and channel prioritization.
- Benchmark ViewSonic's strategy against competitors and regional best practices.
3. Partner & Channel Strategy
- Plan and execute partner enablement programs and joint marketing initiatives to enhance engagement.
- Work with internal stakeholders (BM, BSM, Product, and Marketing) to align business direction and operational plans.
- Evaluate partner performance and ensure alignment with corporate goals and market requirements.
- Drive channel portfolio optimization to maximize profitability and market coverage.
4. Business Operation and Reporting
- Support annual and quarterly budget planning, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Prepare and consolidate business review reports including revenue, sales volume, gross margin, and operational profit (OP).
- Contribute to cross-department communication to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business development / strategic partnership / channel management within ProAV, display, or ICT industry.
- Strong knowledge of AV ecosystem (SI, distributors, solution providers).
- Proven analytical and negotiation skills with solid business acumen.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Mandarin proficiency a plus.
- Comfortable working in a matrix, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
