We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our Hong Kong team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing new business, driving revenue growth, and managing key accounts within the competitive freight forwarding sector. You will have the opportunity to shape market strategy and build long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer prospects and follow up to create new business opportunities for sales pipeline development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and negotiations to secure new business contracts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer demands and opportunities for business expansion.
- Utilize internal manpower to execute sales plans ensure long-term relationship delivering recurring revenue in the accounts hunted or assigned.
- Establish marketing and sales strategies to achieve the goal of the Company in coordination with the global sales team.
- Prepare timely, accurate management information including taking necessary corrective action where required as specified and requested by the company policies.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Exposure in retail and medical industry is plus
- Aggressive, self-driven and attention to detail Flexible and adaptive to changes
- Be a good team player and able to work under pressure
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
