Job Description

We are seeking a capable and adaptable individual to support the COO in cross-functional operations, external stakeholder coordination, and strategic project execution. This role provides broad exposure to the firm's operational infrastructure and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Key Liaison of External Communications

Act as a key point of contact between the COO office and external partners, including brokers, service providers, distribution partners, and institutional investors

Facilitate cross-border communication on time-sensitive matters, ensuring clear and accurate information flow between internal and external stakeholders

Coordinate real-time communication with capital introduction partners such as third-party marketers to provide timely product updates, operational clarifications, and workflow coordination

Prepare materials and provide operational education to distribution partners to ensure accurate understanding of fund structures, processes, and operational requirements

2. Operational Project Management

Support the COO in driving company-wide operational initiatives

Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and follow-up action items across departments

Assist in drafting SOPs, internal memos, business process updates, and documentation

Coordinate cross-team workflows to ensure smooth execution in daily operations

3. Internal Governance & Administrative Support

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on assigned action points

Handle confidential documents with professional discretion

Provide general support to the COO on both day-to-day matters and longer-term operational planning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields

36 years of experience in asset management, securities, banking, consulting, auditing or project management

Strong coordination and communication skills; capable of handling cross-border, multilingual communication

Excellent organizational ability and high attention to detail

Able to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure

Fluent in English and Mandarin (required)

  • Proficient in Excel; experience with financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Wind, etc.) is a plus
