Job Description

OXL is a Singapore-based strategic communications and integrated platform company. We are looking for a commercially driven and sales-oriented Business Development Manager to expand OXL's client base across Singapore, China and Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business development capabilities, client servicing experience, and a good understanding of PR, branding and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Support client servicing and account coordination
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and business pitches
  • Assist in strategic communications and branding projects
  • Coordinate basic social media and digital content updates
  • Support media engagement, events and marketing activities
  • Work closely with editorial, communications and project teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, media or related industries
  • Prior experience in a PR agency or media environment is preferred
  • Strong business development and client management skills
  • Good understanding of social media and digital communications
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English Chinese is an advantage
  • Organised, proactive and commercially oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of finance, business or regional markets is a plus
