Role Overview
Support business growth through sales pitching, lead engagement, marketing initiatives, and client
relationship building. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, business development, and
customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
. Engage and follow up with inbound enquiries and company-generated leads.
. Conduct sales pitches and product/service presentations to prospective clients.
. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
. Support lead nurturing and relationship-building activities.
. Conduct market and competitor research.
. Support social media, website, and digital marketing initiatives.
. Assist in content creation for marketing campaigns.
. Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
. Work closely with the Business Growth team to achieve sales targets.
. Perform other sales, marketing, business development, client servicing, and project-related duties
as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
. Comfortable communicating with prospects via phone calls, online meetings, WhatsApp, and email.
. Confident in presenting ideas, products, and services.
. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
. Interest in business development, sales, and marketing.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
