Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the maritime and shipping industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Support contract negotiations and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and overseas business trips when required.
Requirements
- Strong interest in business development, sales, or the maritime industry.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, customer relations, shipping, logistics, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in engaging with clients and building professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel overseas for business meetings and industry events.
