Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of business development or sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
• Strong network within the logistics industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
