Job Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Proactively explore and identify potential business opportunities and new markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales performance data and generate insightful reports for management review.
- Team Leadership: Manage and train team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate resources and ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to solve problems independently and adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Excellent analytical and evaluation skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Demonstrated capability in sales strategy planning and execution.
- Familiarity with cloud services and related technologies is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
