Key Responsibilities
. Obtain new clients and secure potential commercial and government projects.
. Lead business growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities to expand the company's portfolio and market presence.
. Manage sales inquiries for commercial and government projects.
. Consult with clients to ascertain requirements and needs.
. Submit tenders and negotiate prices with clients.
. Organize workflow to meet client deadlines for handover.
. Collaborate with designers, project managers, QS team, and purchasing team to ensure high-quality project completion, prioritize client satisfaction, and execute projects smoothly.
