Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, interior designers, property management companies, and corporate clients.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Singapore.

• Experience in Electrical, M&E, Construction, Interior Fit-out, or Smart Home industry preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
