Job Description

We are partnering with a fast-growing organisation to hire a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive expansion in the Taiwanese market.

In this role, you will take ownership of building and scaling strategic partnerships across the financial ecosystem working with banks, securities firms, insurance providers, and fintech platforms to accelerate growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners across Taiwan
  • Build and manage long-term partner relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Enable partners through training, co-marketing, and sales support initiatives
  • Execute channel sales strategies aligned with business targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, legal, compliance, operations)
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and channel performance
  • Represent the business at industry events and partner engagements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and performance reporting

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partnerships (Taiwan market)
  • Strong understanding of the Taiwanese financial services or fintech ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build and manage B2B relationships
  • Fluent in Taiwanese with strong English communication skills
  • Self-driven, commercially astute, and comfortable working independently
  • Willingness to travel within Taiwan

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with financial institutions or fintech partners
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong grasp of local business culture and relationship-driven sales
