What is your mission
- Influence and implement the Taiwan sales strategy.
- Achievement of set KPIs in line with expectations and budget projections.
- Carry out new business and premium client management functions.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Navigate regulatory challenges and collaborate with the Compliance and legal teams.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure client communication and general marketing is relevant to the Taiwan market and different client segments, to help ensure strong return on investment to various campaigns.
- Proactively research and present opportunities to achieve growth targets and strategy.
- Lead and execute projects/initiatives as agreed with other senior stakeholders that will help develop the region.
Who are we looking for
- Looking for Native Taiwanese with fluent English and Chinese language skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in the fintech industry with a demonstrated track record in achieving results to set targets.
- Experience in managing projects and implementing change/initiatives.
- Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with creating and delivering effective presentations, tailoring information to various stakeholder groups.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively collaborate with stakeholders across functions at all levels and cultivating effective working relationships to resolve issues.
- Superior understanding of financial markets and trading strategy.
- Proficient numerical ability; comfortable working with numbers.
- Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment and assist others to adapt.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and overcome challenges.
