Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities across Europe and North America.
- Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Drive OEM/ODM projects from business development through project implementation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in international exhibitions, customer visits, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage quotations, negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor sales performance and provide market insights to support business decisions.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience in international sales, business development, or OEM/ODM business.
- Strong experience in overseas market development and customer management.
- Business-level English communication skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, OEM/ODM, or medical device industries is preferred.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Experience covering Europe or North America markets would be advantageous.
