Business Development Manager, Energy Solutions

Our client is a leading energy technology company driving the transition toward smarter and more sustainable energy systems. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their presence across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth across Smart Metering, AMI, Energy Storage (BESS), and Renewable Energy solutions.
• Develop and manage relationships with utilities, EPCs, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in the energy, utilities, power, renewable energy, or energy storage sectors.
• Strong network within Singapore's energy ecosystem.
• Proven track record in securing new business and delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
