Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategic plans to expand the company's market presence. The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success and business alignment. Regular reporting and presenting updates to stakeholders will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills
  • Experience with market research, data analysis, and identifying business opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools, business analytics software, and technology for market insights
  • Ability to work independently remotely, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the trading or financial services industry is advantageous
