We are looking for a results-driven Business Development professional to expand ARBOR's footprint in the DACH region. This role is ideal for a hunter who possesses deep expertise in the Industrial PC (IPC) industry and can operate independently to secure high-value projects in Germany and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Expansion: Proactively identify and penetrate new business opportunities within the DACH region, with a primary focus on the German market (80%).
- Vertical Industry Deep-diving: Develop and execute sales strategies for key sectors, including Industrial Automation, Military & Defense, and In-vehicle applications.
- Channel Management: Maintain and optimize relationships with existing German channel partners while identifying new partners to drive growth.
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting and technical requirement gathering to contract negotiation and post-sales coordination with HQ.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market shifts. Provide data-driven feedback to HQ regarding sales pipelines and localized product requirements.
*Note: This role will be working from home and travel around Germany for business development.
