The Business Development Manager is a hunter. This is someone who is hungry to win, confident with people, and eager to help solve business problems.

Working alongside our consultants and specialists, the BD Manager will succeed by identifying opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and helping shape compelling digital solutions. You will not be doing it alone. Expect to learn a lot and grow professionally.

This is consultative business development and requires digital domain knowledge and professional skills. Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills are a must.

The BD Manager reports to the managing director.

Candidates should have 3 years of relevant work experience. You must love all things digital.

Due to the growth nature of the role, the BD Manager's compensation will be open-ended beyond the base pay.
