EB-5 Regional Center Representative Taiwan

CMB Swiss Co LLC, headquartered in Switzerland, serves as CMB Regional Center's exclusive foreign sourcing affiliate. Our team specializes in educating prospective investors and promoting CMB EB-5 limited partnerships internationally, providing localized support at every stage of the investment process.

We are seeking a licensed Immigration Agent to represent us in Taiwan. This is a dynamic business development and client-facing role for a motivated professional passionate about U.S. immigration investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the Regional Center to prospective EB-5 investors in Taiwan and the surrounding region

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including immigration attorneys, financial advisors, wealth managers, and real estate professionals

Educate prospective clients on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, including investment requirements, project details, and the immigration process

Guide clients through the initial inquiry and subscription process, coordinating with the Regional Center's U.S.-based team

Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to promote the Regional Center's projects

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EB-5 regulations, USCIS policy, and Taiwan immigration agency compliance requirements

Provide timely and professional follow-up with clients and referral partners

Requirements

Must hold a valid Taiwan Immigration Agent license

Minimum 23 years of experience in immigration services, wealth management, financial services, or a related field

Strong understanding of the U.S. EB-5 program is preferred; comprehensive training will be provided

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese; English proficiency strongly preferred

Proven track record in client relationship management or business development

High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
