About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager/Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the Taiwan market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and market share
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Coordinate closely with operations and regional teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 57 years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding / logistics company
• Proven team management and business development capabilities
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills
• Good understanding of the Taiwan logistics market
