A core business development role driving growth in our CRO clinical research business. You will build strategic partnerships with pharma and biotech clients and turn opportunities into long-term collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth for CRO clinical research services.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with pharma and biotech clients.
- Own the end-to-end business development process, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver effective, client-focused solutions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Medicine, Biology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2+ years of BD experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
- Well understandings for medical/ clinical terms.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
