Business Development Manager

Description:

• Develop and increase business with existing and prospective customers.

• Collect and Analyze market related information, such as market trends, competition etc.

• Set up NPI process, control release and marketing of the new products.

• Support sales to reach company profit and growth targets, annual sales budget.

• Liaise with sister divisions to bring and share the knowledge.

• Organize trade shows and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree and above or its equivalent in work experiences.

• Experience: At least 5-8 years experience in related market is a must.

• Languages: Excellent command of English (mandatory); Chinese (Mandarin) – third language is a strong advantage.

• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

• Traits & Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient under pressure, competitive, proactive, goal-oriented, quick learner, culturally curious, and persistent.

• Connector & Cable assembly related experience is a plus.

• Around 30% travel required (China, US, Europe)
