This is a full-time, on-site position in Taiwan for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, developing and executing growth strategies, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business expansion and revenue growth. The role requires a results-oriented, innovative individual with a strong understanding of emerging digital trends and the ability to transform challenges into opportunities.

• Proven experience in business development, market research, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to drive partnerships and build long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Familiarity with emerging digital trends such as AI, Web3, and cybersecurity
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making
• Project management and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly desirable
