Job Summary:

This is a techno-commercial role requiring a deep understanding of the commercial real estate and construction lifecycle and particularly large-scale commercial office developments. The successful candidate will drive product specifications by engaging with key project stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership, cross-functional local business units, and technical/marketing teams to accelerate market penetration and serve as the primary point of contact for the Taiwan market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and map upcoming commercial and landmark construction projects across Taiwan to secure product specifications and drive downstream sales.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Architects, Developers, Facade Consultants, Main Contractors, and Glass Processors.
  • Act as the primary commercial and technical point of contact for local glass processors, managing their product requirements and ensuring seamless supply chain collaboration.
  • Deliver on annual sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets as aligned with regional business strategies.
  • Leverage the broader corporate ecosystem by regularly collaborating with internal local business entities to share project intelligence and maximize cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in technical sales, specification selling, or business development within the building materials or architectural solutions industry.
  • Strong capability to quickly learn architectural software, building physics concepts, and structural glazing principles.
  • Solid understanding of green building standards (LEED, EEWH, etc.), corporate sustainability trends, and ESG requirements in modern architecture.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote structure.
