Overseas business trips/client visits
Job scope:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales growth and revenue targets.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Gather market intelligence by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for customers.
Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms to secure business opportunities.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfilment.
Monitor customer accounts and assist in payment follow-ups when necessary.
Provide responsive after-sales support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery execution.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers on product availability, lead times, and shipment schedules.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales and activity reports.
Explore new markets, industries, and sales channels to expand the customer base.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events when required.
Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Conduct regular local customer visits and business meetings.
Be willing to travel overseas when required for business development activities, customer visits, exhibitions, project discussions, and relationship-building initiatives.
Requirement(s):
Valid Class 3 License (company vehicle provided for client visits)
