Industry & Market Engagement: Represent the organisation at industry events, association meetings, and conferences to gather and share market insights and trends.
Business Development & Strategy: Support the development of business strategies, new business models, and service offerings to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Administrative & Marketing Support: Provide comprehensive administrative, marketing, and secretarial support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Departmental Operational Support: Deliver clerical and operational assistance to the Department, including documentation, coordination, and general support.
Market & Opportunity Analysis: Identify market opportunities for campaigns, services, distribution channels, and external partnerships to drive sales growth.
Executive Support: Act as a key support to the Deputy Director and Operations Manager, assisting in coordination and daily administrative matters.
Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Deputy Director or Operations Manager.
Degree holder or above.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in clerical, marketing, or business development roles is an advantage.
Proactive, with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Confident with a positive can-do attitude, creative thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
